The bouldering guide describes all the permitted boulders in the Lagoni and Val Cedra in the sandstone of the Apennines south-west of Parma. There are around 500 problems in total.
The boulders are well hidden in the woods of the little-frequented Parco Nazionale dell'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. The bouldering here is on the best sandstone - grip is guaranteed. The individual areas are all at an altitude of between 1200 and 1400 metres above sea level.
The guide is very clearly laid out. The single problems are clearly marked on colour photos of the sandstone blocks.
Good approach sketches and the geo-coordinates of each block lead you quickly to your destination. The guide is bilingual in Italian and English throughout.
