During this long period, the climbing landscape has changed significantly. Although Andonno has lost none of its appeal and remains one of Italy's most important climbing areas, this new edition dispenses with the name of the former flagship and now covers the entire Cuneo area, which has since established itself as a major sport climbing destination.
This guide describes numerous historic climbing areas that have already been mentioned in other publications but have been modified over the years and equipped with new bolts. It also includes a large number of climbing areas that have been newly established in recent years and have not yet been mentioned in any publication.
