Product information "climbing guidebook Escalade à Chamrousse"
Chamrousse is located in the Département Isère in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The village stretches from approx. 1400 m to approx. 2400 m and is located around 10 km east of Grenoble. This makes it predestined for bouldering and climbing in high summer. The surrounding area offers bouldering, single pitches and multi-pitch routes in a wonderful alpine setting. The topo guide follows suit and covers all 3 types of climbing, ranging in difficulty from very easy to moderate. Site plans and topos are very good. The other essentials are then available in more detail or as a brief overview, but always in French. There is always GPS data for the long routes.
