The Valle Camonica, also known as Valcamonica, extends from Lago d'Iseo deep into the Alps to the Parco dell' Adamello. The valley offers countless sights and year-round opportunities for a wide variety of activities. However, Valcamonica has not been synonymous with climbing like nearby Presolana, Dolomiti di Brenta or Val di Mello. This could change with this climbing guide. In addition to the high density of areas, or in other words, the high number of routes, the Valcamonica Valley also offers a high degree of variety. The lower Valcamonica is full of beautiful limestone crags (Madonna della Rota, Castro, Cividate, Paline, to name a few). Well-equipped short sport climbing routes dominate. Further north in the Adamello area there are climbing areas as well as some bouldering spots in granite and sandstone. The guide itself is very clearly laid out and bilingual throughout. All areas are comprehensively described in an introductory way. The individual sectors of the climbing areas are shown in good sketches, in addition GPS coordinates are given for the corresponding parking facilities. All walls are described in great detail via pictograms. There is information on orientation, access time, height/pitch, climbing style, child-friendliness, susceptibility of the wall to rain, as well as a list of the included routes by number and grade. The topos are superimposed over color photos and are easy to read throughout.448 pagesLanguage Italian / EnglishEdition 2020Graffiti ClimbersIdea Montagn

The Adamello, a stunningly beautiful high mountain range with a remarkable history. With its huge valleys formed by Quaternary glaciers, its kilometer-long jagged ridges stretching from the glaciated high plateau into the distance, its silver tonalite walls, and a sense of infinity that is almost a trademark of this mountain range, the Adamello is simply a magical place for climbing. The nearly 330 “sky ladders” described on the eastern side of the massif offer a unique playground for encounters with nature and experiences that are only an intermediate step on a continuing journey of passion and conscious experience of this unique and precious natural setting. This first volume describes the northern valleys on the eastern side of the massif, while a second volume, which will be published soon, presents the Blumone group and the Val Daone with its side valleys.496 pagesLanguage: GermanEdition: 2025P. Over 1800 moves, 10 bouldering sectors of granite situated between 800 and 2000 metres of altitude in an uncontaminated nature. The boulderpark is a true gem donated by the local council to families who are experiencing their first steps on natural rock: an area where boulders, even if immersed in beautiful woods, offer higher safety standards compared to other areas. Just like the previous edition the guide book has been embellished with dozens of QR codes which allow you to easily reach the car parks and the boulders, as well as watching the videos of the previous ascents.
Daone Boulder: 1 volume in Italian partially traslated in English and Germany
Stefano Montanari lives and works in Brescia, where, with his Mad Climbers association he manages a splendid bouldering gym. All his free time outside his city is dedicated to Val Daone where he cleans and opens new lines as soon as he has the chance to do so.He was one of the first boulderers to discover the valley’s potential, and it is thanks to him and his friends that most of the initial cleaning work has led to this guide’s first edition. After this effort he has not stopped and has continued discovering, cleaning and sharing new boulders and new projects, involving an ever increasing number of people.

VALLI BRESCIANE Falesie/Climbing gardensThe province of Brescia has a lot to offer in terms of rocks and nature: the Adamello with its large granite blocks, the limestone and dolomite walls in the south and center, three lakes, four valleys and an infinite number of small and large walls.Despite this - perhaps because of the vastness of the area, perhaps also because of the rather secretive Brescians, who say little about themselves - little is known today about the climbing walls of the mountains in the Camuno, Trompia, Sabbia and Garda valleys. Although Brescia was one of the areas where the free climbing revolution first emerged in Italy in the 1980s (Monte Maddalena and the Cava di Virle are home to some of the first free climbing 8a routes in Italy), many climbing gardens in the province are almost exclusively run by locals. The only exception is the Valle dell'Opol on Lake Iseo, which attracts climbing fans from all over Europe. However, the other climbing gardens in the province also impress with their interesting routes and fantastic ambience, even if they are now only populated by local climbers, lizards, birds of prey and dormice. This guide - unfortunately not yet all-inclusive - is an invitation to explore the mountains of Brescia and their walls, because behind the industry of the valley floor are hidden fantastic natural landscapes and crags that have a lot to offer for beginners and experts alike.560 pagesLanguage Italian / with partial German translationEdition 2023S.
