Climbing in Bosnien and Herzegovina

Finally. Igor Vukic and David Lemmerer present with this book the first contemporary and up-to-date climbing guide for Bosnia and Herzegovina, which covers all notable sport climbing areas. In addition, 2 small bouldering areas have also made it into the guide. In recent years there has been a real climbing boom in Bosnia and Herzegovina! About 60% of the routes in Bosnia (about 800 single pitches and about 60 long routes up to max. 200m) are not older than 5 years, polished routes are still completely unknown! Many of the 32 presented climbing areas are surrounded by untouched, beautiful landscape. In addition hospitality, best rock quality and protection ... Many reasons to pass through Croatia on your next climbing trip.
The climbing guide is very clearly structured and bilingual throughout. Each area is briefly characterized at the beginning, including detailed descriptions of how it is accessed and how to get there. This is followed by detailed map sections on which, in addition to the individual sectors, accommodation, shopping and refreshment facilities are also marked. All other information is presented in pictogram form:
Orientation, altitude above N. N., access time, max. length of the routes, overview of number of routes sorted by grade, recommended season, child-friendliness, belay situation, wall inclination as well as GPS coordinates.
The topos of the individual routes are clearly placed over color photos.
