This 5th edition - more than a decade the 4th was out of print - has finally not fit into a booklet. Volume 1 contains on 560 pages 2800 routes and variants (of all difficulty levels) at more than 200 climbing crags between Annweiler, Hauenstein and Vorderweidenthal.
Everything as usual (softcover & thread binding; no picture book) you might think - but not quite: On now DIN A5 there are more than 100 detailed topos (twice as many as before). Comprehensive and helpful route as well as rock categorizations serve to find the right climbing opportunity. By means of QR code (and Internet access) can now also use a map service with parking and rock coordinates. In addition, one is so also immediately on an online 'tour DB' with e.g. comments, corrections, news.
