The Gilwern Area is the first, fully comprehensive guide to the wealth of sport climbing and bouldering on the hillsides straddling the village of Gilwern, near Abergavenny. Gilwern Hill has been popular for a long time with climbers from Bristol, Gloucestershire and South Wales, the best of its climbing on top of the mountain with a huge panorama.
