The guide book consists of 180 pages and includes both sport, trad and winter alpine routes in the area of Nordmøre in northwestern Norway. The books include 13 crags with 341 summer routes and 49 winter routes. The main language is Norwegian but there are a general preface in English and also a short description of every crag. The book is printed in color and is illustrated with a lot of high quality topos and climbing photos.
The profit of the book sale goes directly to the local climbing club for further development of the climbing sport in the area.
