Seven years after the first edition, new crags and new routes have flourished in the valleys south of Adamello massif, between Iseo and Garda lakes. Magnificent places, like the Opol Valley, allow the climbers to enjoy an excellent limestone.
Several new projects and crags have been bolted thanks to the passionate and unselfish work of a large team of local climbers, who most of the times self-funded the equipping. In a few places, local authorities have contributed to the climbing community; this whole movement transformed the valleys around Brescia, bringing them to the forefront of the climbing scene. Thanks to the varied climbing opportunities, the magnificence of the landscapes and the excellent facilities and hospitality, this area is becoming a must for Italian and international climbers.
